Bursaries

Last updated on 31 January 2012

The BTA aims to ‘encourage and promote the provision of sufficiently trained people for the management/treatment of those with tinnitus.’

We seek to achieve this through supporting bursaries for those who work with people with tinnitus, or will do so in the future. Bursary applications are considered for 2012 events including:

  • MSc modules
  • Conferences
  • Meetings and
  • Training courses

Applications should be submitted no later than three calendar months before the start of the event (unless otherwise stated) and the bursaries subcommittee will endeavour to make a decision within 3 weeks of that deadline. The BTA anticipates awarding up to 2 bursaries per event, although additional bursaries may be awarded dependent upon available funds. As a condition of the BTA bursary, recipients are expected to submit a short report after the event.

To apply, please complete the downloadable Application Form and submit along with your Curriculum Vitae to our office.

Any event which helps us achieve our strategic priority above will be considered. However, The following list details those events to be prioritised in 2012:
